MULTI-DUNGEON GAME

This game originated on Solarium BBS in 1990, though it has been continually run on the SDF Public Access UNIX System from 1991 to the present.

GAME PLAY

mdg is a lot like a cross between nethack and adventure. It uses VI keys to navigate the map with some additional commands. It is a multi-player game where players can play independently (pvp) or cooperatively to explore the map, slay monsters and collect treasure. There is a magic aspect to it by collecting Power Crystals from dragons. In addition to mana which is used for casting spells, Power Crystals allow a player to modify the map.
